TULSA  -  Stretch Limo's and Cameras and Dangerous Rob - Oh, my!

At the 2006 Hip Hop Ball Awards, it was no wonder why Dangerous Rob enjoyed being forced to ride in a VIP Limo as he pulled up for the event held at Club Omega in Tulsa.  Before going in, Rob invited Jeremy Miller, Source Magazine representative and CEO of Down Magazine to enjoy the comforts of his VIP limousine.

With the event co-sponsored by KJAMZ 105.3 FM and hosted by Hard in the Paint Productions, it was no wonder why Michael Watts of Swisha House was found floating around the building with other music industry professionals. This event was so hot; highlights appeared on the internet the next morning.

You can see the highlights of the awards ceremony at www.myspace.com/dangersquad13.

The General of The Dogg Pound Next Generation, Dangerous Rob, is leading the way and pioneering uncharted waters with his endorsement deal with the luminary Dogg Pound featuring Daz Dillinger and Kurupt.

When asked to explain future plans, Dangerous Rob said, "We [FREEDAM Records] intend to release another video for the song What I'm About, a short film project with other well-known Oklahoma rappers like Nitro and Young Hustlaz, plus the Dogg Pound Next Generation album and Dangerous Rob album in 2007."  Then, he let it be known that he is on the look out for hardworking, dedicated individuals who want to embark on a music career because his record label, FREEDAM Records, has a President who shoots the videos and a Vice President who has agreed to take on the rock and roll bands, as they seek to conquer what is known as the cross-over market.  They are currently shopping around to various publishing houses, distribution centers, and other labels to get the best deal possible to support their independent artists.

In our next press release, we will discuss "What's in a name?"  We will also discuss the history of Dangerous Rob's name, how he conceptualizes the label name of F.R.E.E.D.A.M. Records.  In this upcoming article you will see how he has beat the odds of not being another statistic.

Dangerous Rob has progressed with his music in a very positive way, despite being raised by his grandparents and street friends like most black males in today's society.  Despite these odds, Dangerous Rob is proving he has a lot to offer and is a productive member of society that contributes to his community every year with his Annual Family Affair event.  After all,  Dangerous Rob is now a father himself. This past March in 2006, Dangerous Rob was seen hanging backstage at the Gypsy Tea Room in Dallas with rap legends Daz Dillinger, Kurupt, and Ice Cube.   Most recently, Dangerous Rob was spotted backstage at a concert with Jurassic 5 at the Cain's Ballroom.  Prior to that, D-Rob was performing with Juvenile in that same infamous venue.

From the United Kingdom, Japan, Germany and back to Tulsa, Oklahoma, there has been a barrage of albums over the years. With the hired guns and support of all his fans, there's no telling when this will stop or where it will end because Rob's career is really starting to sky rocket.
